DEAR REPORTS TIME PERIOD

Allow all dear reports to generate reports using data exceeding 1 year. Currently, many reports prevent users from generating reports for data exceeding the maximim period of 1 year. Allowing Dear to generate reports for longer time periods will allow for greater flexibility and usability of the reporting function.
