Ability to Partial Pick orders when Picking for Kitting is enabled and a Sales Order contains an out of stock product with a Production BOM

We would love to use Picking for Kitting however we manufacture products into Finished Goods which we sell both individually and in Kits/Bundles. This means our products have a mix of Production BOMs and Assembly BOMs.

We need to be able to Partially Pick Sales orders when a product is out of stock, however if a Sales Order contains a product with an Assembly BOM (which can be in or out of stock) and a product with a Production BOM that is out of stock we are not able to open the Sales Order at all. 

Please fix this so we can take advantage of Picking for Kitting.
