Allow export of Inventory List by selected items only

Please can DEAR allow export of Inventory List by Selected items only.   Currently you can do this in Product Availability however that is in the wrong CSV template for Inventory List Imports.   In Inventory List it allows you to select items after a search query but when you click export it exports whole Inventory List which is very frustrating
