B2B Portal - Sales Rep Contact details
In the B2B Portal Integration Settings it asks you select a 'Portal Contact'. The contact details for the selected rep are displayed on the B2B Portal in the footer under Contact Information, and the corresponding Phone number in the header.
All customers logging into the Portal see that rep's details.
Because we have Sales reps assigned to Customers we need the option to select the Sales Rep assigned to the Customer (as per the Customer's profile) so that Customers see the contact details for their assigned Sales Rep.
In addition we need the generic company contact info.
As a workaround we have created a Sales Rep with our generic contact info but it's not ideal.
