Aged Inventory Report - custom date range

Having an Aged Inventory Report is great, but unfortunately a lot of our stock is purchased 12 months in advance so it always sits in the "Above 180 Days" field.  It would be ideal to have a custom search range, or anything above 24 months to be identified.  Maxing out at "Above 180 Days" is too general to be of use.

Our inventory does not have used by dates, but assisting in the identification of old stock that can either be discounted or written off would be great.
