Add Faire commission fee automatically to imported orders

Orders from Faire have a commission fee.  25% for new customers and 15% for returning.  Dear API does not automatically import these commission fees and with high volume faire orders, it is a bit of nuisance to input them constantly.  

I know cartrover has this option to toggle. Hoping dear will implement this as well
