Customer Reports

We would like to be able to run reports on our customers such as:

1. Lapsed customers (most recent order, order value, average order value - grouped by customer, customer type, channel)

2. sales by customer -  quantity, gross sales - customer, customer type, channel

3. total invoiced by customer - customer type (whoesale/retail)

4. total paid by customer 

5. customers by state, postcode address, customer type (wholesale/retail)
