Modify Expiry Dates on Finished Goods Assemblies.

As a food-beverage CPG company all of our Finished Goods require that we have the correct expiry date, another thing is that we need to do FIFO, just like our warehouse does - there are a couple assemblies which I am not able to undo since we have used those in sales or these items have been transferred to a different location already. The expiry date being incorrect means the system is picking from it first where it says 2022 it should actually say 2024. Is there a way to change this without undoing the assembly or can a feature be added to make the change.
