Disable Clone Option/Function As Separate Option

Looking to disable 'CLONE' function (only)

Currently, the only way to disable CLONE is to also disable the abiliy of the User to raise a Sales Order altogether (Sales List & Tasks = No Access)

I simply wish to remove the 'CLONE' function (only).

Sales List & Tasks (Clone Sales Order) = No Access

Please implement this function to prevent cloning out-dated information including pricing, addresses, etc.
