Add the Ignore restock for unfulfilled sales function to the DRAFT option in the Pick, Pack, Ship processing mode on the Shopify integration.

Raising this feature request on behalf of a customer.

At the moment, the ignore restock functionality is only available for Auto Pick, Pack, and Ship. But for orders that are configured to come in as DRAFT don't have this and because of that whenever they go into product availability, they get these negative allocations that come up as shown below which they then need to manually go into the Shopify integration, Log and delete the entry which is time-consuming.

Adding this functionality will eliminate needless manual intervention.
