Bulk entry B2B entry

I will have customers entering hundreds of orders a day to different addresses, Rather than hand entering every order can we get a CSV for bulk order entry. 

Items, Count, Shipping address    Have orders auto-calculate totals based on item and quantity and shipping zone.
