Non-refundable sales tax added to cost of inventory (or products in general)

Sometimes we purchase inventory (or fixed assets) that have non-refundable sales tax associated with them. Dear should include the non-refundable sales tax as part of the cost of the product. Instead, Dear maps the non-refundable sales tax to an account that is associated with the refundable sales tax. Dear should allow us to map these separately, and if they are non-refundable it should include this to the cost of what is purchased.
