API - order values in Sale List and Purchase List

I'd like to request that the order values are included in the API Sale List and Purchase List endpoints.

Without them, an API call needs to be made to the relevant Line model, per order. Exposing these values in the list endpoints would be greatly more efficient, it would save up to 1000 API calls per page.
