Expand Automation Paramaters

We use shopify and if we want to send an email to a customer regarding their order being ready for pickup or is shipping we are not able to reference their Shopify order number because "Reference #" is not available as a parameter. the DEAR order number means nothing to our customers. It would also be nice to reference the product(s) they purchased. Automation seems a little lack luster without these basic parameters.
