RMA Improvements for Repairs

After recommending the RMA module to multiple clients who carry out repairs, our stance is this is not currently suitable for people who follow this process.

When authorizing the return of an item so that the business can complete a repair under the "Inspect" action as advised through the documentation, the RMA/Return Order authorizes a credit note for the full value of the goods from the original sale.

This should not happen in our opinion as the receipt of the customers stock is only temporary for the business to carry out a repair, as the credit note is authorised upon receipt this causes an inaccuracy in accounts as we're not crediting the item/s as they will be sent back out following completion.
