Purchase credit note not having "Allocating Credit note"

Posting on behalf of customer Thara Bhaskaran - AusWest Petal.

The Purchase Credit Notes do not have the function tab of "Allocate Credit Note" unlike in a Sales Invoice. As such when they use "Supplier Deposit", it treats it as payment when this transaction is synced into Xero.
