Add ability to hide accounts from Xero Reconciliation Summary report

The Xero Reconciliation Summary report is very helpful, however, many accounts are never going to used by DEAR and therefore will not have the same balance, credits, and debits as DEAR.

It would be helpful if there was a way to hide such accounts from the Xero Reconciliation Summary in order to allow users to focus on those accounts which are relevant and shared between DEAR and Xero.  As the summary report functions now, it displays highlights in red all those accounts which do not match in terms of balances, but many of those do not matter and therefore creates a lot of noise in the report which users need to shift through.
