Archive buttons

It would be great to have an optional archive feature.  We often use Dear to purchase small quantities of products which we pay by credit card and so we do not mark these as billed. The purchases are therefore messy when we want to only filter purchases to be billed. Would be great to simply archive these purchases every month.
