Unlocking prior periods to add current period Manual Journal

I'm proposing DEAR make an update to allow manual journals to be added to an SO/PO with an existing manual journal from a closed prior period, without having to unlock back to those prior periods. It is very cumbersome to unlock prior periods just to add a manual journal because there are already manual journals from a closed prior period.
