WOOCOMMERCE - matching up the customer email address as that is unique

Current Logic:
Even if a sale has been created on Shopify for a new customer and a customer by the same name already exists on DEAR, DEAR would create the sale under the existing customer and update the record on DEAR for the existing customer with the new address.
Customer request:
You should be matching up the email address as that is unique, NOT the customer name.
