Need a setting that allow to filter the columns in any page, for example columns in Sales tab (e.g. Status). Because the one search bar isn't enough.

Fully agree - filtering is far to limited. I also suggested before have more tabs that can be named by us, in addition to General, Accounting, Fulfillment so that filters can be left set on each tab to save keep on changing the filters. One could be picking, packing, shipping, etc...
