Shipping Notes from each Fulfilment to be available as MERGEFIELD for template use

Currently only the global sales order Shipping Notes are available for inclusion in templates as a MERGEFIELD.  There is an individual Shipping Notes section on the Ship stage of each fulfilment, but no way of using this data on a template.  Please include this.
