Automatically Generate a Stock Transfer for the Components required in a Production Run (and not the entire Production Order)

I see that the Stock Transfer that is automatically created is for the components for the whole Production Order and not for individual Production Runs.  Some clients require Dear to generate a Stock Transfer only for the components required within a Production Run?  For example:  If the client has large quantities of raw materials that need to be transferred for each Production Run because there isn't enough space in the Production Shopfloor to store all the components for an entire Production Order.
