Tasks flag on customer accounts

This should only show up if there are incomplete tasks. It currently displays if there are any tasks, complete or otherwise. This means we need to click it, and then check the list of tasks for any incomplete ones.

This makes it entirely useless as a flag.

Once a task related to a customer has been completed, it should no longer trigger the tasks flag.
