Reference column in CRM Opportunites and field on printed paperwork
In the CRM there is a field for a 'Reference' in the New Opportunity customer details section but there is no field for this when printed or a column when viewing the full list of opportunities. We may have multiple opportunities from a single customer but will be unable to tell them apart without a reference. Surely if the is a field for a reference it would be beneficial to then see it appear somewhere?
