Gift Card API to allow online cards to work in store and vice-versa

Hi,

We are trying to implement a gift card system that will allow our customers to buy a card online and use it online or in the store (DEAR POS). And likewise to buy a gift card in the store and redeem it online (such as a gift for a friend).

I've checked on some other similar platforms and they do support this key feature.

How it could work could be via you being the source that is read from, or allowing 3rd party services that provide online stores such as BigCommerce.

Hoping this is something that will be a priority.
