Packing Slip: Backordered items to include any items not shipped
WE do not ship partial lines to wholesale customers. Either the line can be completely fulfilled otherwise we will not send it. The backordered items section only includes items that are essentially out of stock where as we need it to identify items that are shipped i.e. that will be invoiced separately and supplied separately.
Please give the option for 'Backorder' section on a packing slip to include any items on the same Sales Order that are not being shipped.
This makes sense that if any items that have been included on a PO are not listed on a corresponding invoice.
Just because it's not backordred in the system doesn't mean they can't be "backordered" when Client facing.
