Picker and Packer efficiency report

Hi All,

Can we please see some reporting captured using WMS.

Picker efficiency - Orders Picked/Time Spent/Qty Picked/Order Value

Packer efficiency - Orders Packed/Time Spent/Qty Packed/Order Value

When you use the WMS there is no accountability for picker and packer, if you don't assign them.
There is a gap when you use WMS, where it only sends back the information DEAR Pick & Pack (API Application) for the user details.

Can you please fix this. 3 of our clients have complained about this.
