Two SKU from one operation BOM work
Create a method to be able to have two SKU produced out of one operation in the BOM. Currently, if each SKU has the BOM to create each other, you produce double than what you would expect. If you have each SKU have a BOM to create only its part, you cannot join the machine time in the production module.

I have looked at this option and I do not see how this would help.
If you look at your example of a production BOM:
https://support.dearsystems.com/support/solutions/articles/11000089541-finished-products-primary-products-coproducts-byproducts-joint-production-products
There are three different Finished Products produced in one BOM.
10 kg of Ripened cheese85 units of Whey
What is a customer places an order of 10kg of Ripened cheese and 85 units of Whey.
If there is no stock of this, the system creates two production orders. One to produce 85 units of whey and another to produce 10kg of ripened cheese. Because each production order creates both parts, you will end up fullfilling the customer's order but also producing an extra 10kg of ripened cheese and 85 units of whey.
