On Hold Account - Fulfilments allowed

Good day,

Please note that we would like to request a block on Fulfilment when accounts are placed on hold.

Currently the Account on hold warning only populate at order entry, at quotation status and invoicing status.

Please include it at fulfilment status.

Very urgent request.
