Rounding discrepancy due to 4 decimal layout on Dear

Dear - within it's background, uses 4 decimal points which then creates issue when trying to reconcile against Xero - this then requires manual journal but the ideally everything is stock related on Dear this creates an issue of whee to even journal this penny which does not have a PO and which stock line should we allocate this to ? 

although figures shows to be two decimal on the face of it but when you download report on excel, you will see there are 4 decimal in the background. 

Dear is not capable to change this for individual company and more voting requires to promote this within the Dear Development team to pay their attention.
