Dear POS - Show sales rep per location or star favourite store reps

Problem:

The add a sales representative to the sale is limited to only showing 10 staff members. This list is being consumed by 1) POS users from our other locations 2) system administrators that don't sell day to day 3) DEAR advisor's

Proposed feature:

1) Add a sales rep functionality only shows POS users that are assigned to that location or the ability to star favourite POS users

2) Add a user permission that hides the POS user from all locations (for advisors/system administators)
