SKU order on Invoice by Fulfillment not matching SKU Order on pick/pack
In advanced Sales order when you
choose to invoice via fulfillment, whatever order the SKU's are shown in on the
pick/pack that is the order they need to be shown in on the invoice as well,
they should match. instead they are being shown in alphabetical order by
description. meaning the packing slip and invoice you send to the customer do
not match, increasing human error in receiving the order and creating
confusion.
This has always been an issue for us. Our Picking Slip that is printed doesn't match the order the parts are shown on our screen and makes amendments very difficult.
