Custom Reports

Please add the ability to create custom reports without having to manipulate the pre-built canned reports.  Many of these do not include fields that I need to see.  

Also, I should be able to save my own layout, overwrite it, save over it without having to delete it and start over.  And then I should be able to access it on its own, instead of having to go into the canned report and then select my layout.
