Automatic Pack in Bulk

In DEAR, given the setup in General Settings under Sale Process Customisation where Pick is set to Manual and Pack is set to Automatic.  

If manually perform PICK on each sales order, PACK is done automatically.  However, if we perform PICK on a number of sales orders at the same time (by bulk), none in each of the concerned sales orders  have their PACK done automatically.  We were advised by DEAR Support is that this is the current design.   It would be good that PACK can be done automatically in bulk as well as this will benefit to clients/customers where they do pick and pack in batches.
