report on Back Orders and Allocated Orders (not picked) that shows stock availability

When stock is running low, demand is higher than the on hand quantity.  Decisions have to be made about which orders to fulfill for which customers.  

the current back orders report, doesn't show stock availability - it needs to be useful. 

Also a report that has line item details of authorized orders not yet picked showing stock availability (on hand, ordered, committed (hard allocated).
