Purchase Order Quantity Increment Functionality

When generating purchase orders off a back order for a production assembly it would be useful to set quantity increments in line with supplier pack formats.  In the dimensions for a product, there is a carton size.  However, this does not feed through and purchase orders generated can be fractions of a carton.  It should be possible to set both a minimum order quantity and an order quantity increment for a product.

For example a back order for a production requires 40kg of honey.  The supplier pack format is in 25kg cartons.  The Purchase Order needs to be rounded up to 50kg.  Currently this needs to be done manually.  For a large production this involves significant manual work and carried risk of error.
