Adding the comments section of a sales and purchase order as a field on sales and purchase reports

This request is to add the text mentioned in the the comments section of a sales order and purchase order so that it can be viewed on reports that are generated under the reporting structure.

For eg : the below to be added to sales reports, when data in input here, it should be available on sales reports connected to the sales order
