I call my clients on a weekly basis. Where in DEAR can I add such notes? I know you have a comments section in the customer > general and also on the sale order. However, this isn’t great, it’s not dated and it’s only one field!

great suggestion, i wish this was available... this would avoid having to use a CRM that only provides the bellow described function
-capacity to add date to the notes
-RTF text would be enough
-can attach files
-reminders that work as To-do (example follow up with a call to a client)
