Add Price Tier Pricing to Product Tooltip

In the product tooltip (which you hover on in product lines of a Sale or Purchase), within a Sale it would be useful to see any price tier pricing here, maybe in a new column to the right (if you widen the tooltip). Therefore, a DEAR user can quickly and easily hover over the product line and see the (example) retail, wholesale, import or similar price - based on whatever their Price Tier names and values are for that product.
