User & Role credentials specifically for payment terms and taxation rules.
Currently, there are number of ways to limit users from editing orders or not allowing access to certain sections of an order.
However, given a case scenario when the sales division needs to create a sale they will be granted access to all the fields in creating a sale. (Access to all sale header fields)
This roots a problem as when the management does not want the sales representative to not use payment terms and tax rules that are not applicable for the customer, the rep still can. (They cannot limit the payment terms or tax rules that can be selected within a sale)
Is it a possibility for a user credential implemented when the default tax rule and payment terms from the customer profile is pulled to the sale header, we can limit the user from not changing the tax rule and payment terms field?
