Sales Reps Using B2B Portal
I would like to be able to give my sales reps access to the DEAR B2B portal in a way that they can only see and order on behalf of their customers and not have access visibility to all customers that have access to the Portal. It should be easy to implement as the REPS are already allocated customers in DEAR, and it is these customers that they are allocated in DEAR that they should have visibility to in the DEAR B2B portal.
This is exactly what are business is wanting too. It seems silly and not well thought through that you would let all sales reps have access to all accounts. Standard business practice is that you only let your rep see their specific accounts. I see that was posted a year ago? When can action be taken on this team!
