Shipping notes merge field on consolidated templates

Currently the shipping notes field is not available in any of the consolidated print templates. This is where Shopify order notes are populated through the integration therefore it is currently not possible for these to automatically flow from Shopify to a consolidated print out without manual intervention (moving to another SO field).

It would be good if the shipping notes field can be incorporated into all consolidated templates or at the very least the consolidated shipping template.
