Need Unique Identifier for Magento - Dear orders to identify Customers uniquely

Existing scenario / problem:

Currently customers are identified in DEAR based on their name.

For example, if two customers have the same name, DEAR ends up identifying the customer based on the Name (first + last), whereas they could be completely diff. users from different cities/countries with the same First+last names. Hence Name alone won't help in uniquely identifying a particular customer in the orders. 

Especially while passing on order details from a Shop system like Magento, it becomes very difficult to sort out the orders in DEAR.

Expected Feature outcome:

Customer identification should be enabled using an additional parameter that is a UID such has Mobile number and name, or Email ID and name, or Mobile number alone.
