Pre-filled Saved Product comments against individual items for individual customers

We are a Fruit and Vegetable wholesale business who need a function that we can save notes onto customer files that come up on specific items if ordered - that way they are not having to write item comments each time they order.

It also helps the pickers with making orders. I have attached a file of the system that we used prior and what the function looks like.
