RMA module - suggestions

A few suggestions for the RMA module that is back in Dev.
1. A free notes field on the RMA. You always need a spot to leave notes - free text, lots of space.
2. Attachments. Need to be able to attach related docs
3. User can Add Related Orders. If we add a new Invoice / Sales Order / PO related tot he RMA, we should be able to link this manually. This keeps all related activity accessible via the RMA screen.
4. Additional Attributes for RMA so we can add bespoke fileds
5. More fields availlalbe to view on the RMA -General screen. ie Additional Attributes
Also really need the undo button so we can update the details e.g. pickup address or contact name
For us to be able to use the RMA module within DEAR we would need the ability to add a new RMA that is not created off the back of an existing Sales Order. This is because we often service / inspect and repair older equipment that our customers own and therefore we don't have a sale transaction in DEAR to create the RMA from.
Please consider adding in this functionality.
