Add Attachments on B2B sales

A customer ordering from the B2B portal would like to add attachments to correspond with an order - this is currently not possible using DEAR's portal and it would be a great addition for the system.

The customer could then upload/attach additional information such as:
- Internal PO documentation

- Specific additional information regarding the sale

- Notes/Comments for the end-user which can be accessed through the portal.
