Reporting: Generate Sales report by hour

Would like to be able to generate a report that can show Sales by hour/time and also the day of the week. 

Moreso is related to Retail POS sales. This would help with understanding busy trading times etc so we know when to roster more staff on etc.

Seems like it can be simply done since the POS module collects the time of sale information.
