Quote Conversion Report

There is a Pending Quote Report but this only shows what you haven't won. It would be super useful to have a report to roughly give you the following: 

1. Quote Date
2. Customer (and details, name, address, phone etc.)
3. Quoted Amount
4. Order Amount (if any)
5. Invoice Amount (if any)
6. Quote Status (DRAFT, APPROVED, AUTHORISED etc)

(noting, the date filter on it would have to be Quote Date, but recognise "any" invoices or orders from that Quote, regardless of date - as people can accept Quotes months later)
