Most Profitable Products Report

I want to see, at a glance, what our most profitable products are, and I assume this would be through the Sales by Product Detail report that shows the COGS and the profit margins.  But to do that over a 6 month period I get a 75 page report, which isn’t helpful.  Is there a way I can get a consolidated report that gives me the Total Volume sold (in a set period), the Average COGS, Average profit etc?
